I have heard that Cutler Agents have steered people away from Ryan/NVR Homes in our neighborhood. There is a negative concept floating around about inferior product. Our Agent was totally in favor of a positive attitude towards our extensively upgraded property. The outcome is that we sold for a satisfactory sale price.
